Yes. Our team ensures fast and efficient management of minor repairs and maintenance to guarantee smooth reservations. You are informed of all work carried out, and your prior approval is required for any work exceeding €350.
Management fees are calculated as a percentage of the net rental income received. Net rental income corresponds to the total booking amount, after deduction of cleaning and laundry fees as well as the commissions charged by booking platforms.
